Sezo Atma is committed to protecting the privacy and anonymity of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).    – Payment data is processed securely by our payment partners (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or bank details.
   – You may use a nickname or pseudonym when interacting with coaches. Personally identifiable information is not required to access our services.
2. Anonymity & Confidentiality
   Sessions are private and confidential.
   Neither Sezo Atma nor its coaches record sessions by default.
   Recording or sharing any part of a session requires the express written consent of both the user and the coach.
3. How We Use Your Data
   We use your data for:
   – Delivering and improving our services.
   – Processing payments securely.
   – Preventing fraud and ensuring platform safety.
   – Responding to user inquiries and support requests.
   – Complying with legal obligations.
   We will never sell, rent, or disclose your personal data for marketing purposes.
4. Sharing of Data
   We may share limited information only in the following cases:
   – With processors such as Razorpay to process payments securely.
   – As required by law, including imminent risk of harm, court orders, or government requests.
   – To protect rights and safety, when necessary.
   Any such disclosure is made with minimal information and only as legally necessary.

   We take reasonable measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption and secure servers.
